Pawdressers required all the dogs present records of vaccination, showing current C5 vaccination and Kennel Cough vaccine. We required every dog coming to daycare older than 6 month have this test done. Safety is our number one priority. We are very selective when it comes to accepting dogs in our care. It is important that dogs in our care know how to behave appropriately with all ages, breeds and sizes. Please book only for Daycare service
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Condition – Grooming At Pawdressers we focus on quality and not quantity ​ The health and safety of pets is our priority. Knowing the dietary needs, exercise limitation or required medication for our guests help us to provide quality service, we required all guest to comply with the following terms and conditions: ​​ All dogs should be flea and tick free, with all vaccinations up to date, if requested, you must be ready to provide proof of C5, Kennel cough, Parvovirus or any other vaccination. ​ For puppies must have at least their second vaccination before entering the premises and must have their booster and final vaccinations by 16 weeks. Owners acknowledge that any risk for exposing your puppy that is not fully vaccinated with other dogs that are is fully owner responsibility and not Pawdressers. All dogs must be in good health. Owners will certify their dog(s) are in good health and free from any condition which could jeopardize other guest. If your dog shows signs of illness, Owner will authorise Pawdressers to take the dog to the near Vet and will agree to pay the fees expenses to Pawdressers. Owners understand that grooming dogs can be tricky, they can jump off the table, move in the worse moment or occur and accident, Pawdressers will take your dog to the near Vet and will let you know straight away. ​ Grooming ​​ -Owners understand that all dogs that are matted or have knots the removal process can be painful and stressful to your dog and Pawdressers reserve the right for treat them. Owners accept the matted fee will be $15 per 15 minutes on top of the full grooming price. -Owners accept that all social media taken pictures/videos of your dog they are property of Pawdressers, Owner accept the reproduction of this ones without previous approve. -Pawdressers can cancel the grooming session if your dog is stress or aggressive at any moment. If you are running late without noticed after 30 min. Pawdressers will cancel your appointment and you will have to pay a cancellation fee. -A cancellation for grooming is without fee up to 8 hrs. before appointment. If not Pawdressers will charge $40 fee for lost service. -Pawdressers will send you a text 20 minutes before your dog is ready giving you 1 hour to pick up, after 1 hour day-care services will apply $15 per extra hour. -Pawdressers reserve the right to treat any Owners that are in the blacklist of Groomers of Sydney.
